Summary

Goods In Administrator / Warehouse Operative

Location: Rochdale
⏰ Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temp ongoing

We are currently recruiting for a Goods in Administrator / Warehouse Operative to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced team in Rochdale. This role combines warehouse duties with administrative responsibilities, supporting the efficient receipt and processing of incoming deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately receive, inspect, and book in all incoming goods and materials
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Record and input delivery information onto company systems
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve delivery discrepancies
- Maintain organised, accurate, and up-to-date records
- Assist with unloading, moving, and storing stock within the warehouse
- Support the wider warehouse and administration teams when required
- Ensure goods in areas are kept clean, organised, and safe

Requirements:

✅ Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and data entry systems
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy when checking goods and paperwork
✅ Good organisational and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Previous experience in a Goods In, Warehouse Operative, or Warehouse Administration role is desirable
