TEACHER OF DT
Required For September 2026 – Permanent Position – ECT Applications are welcomed

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic full time teacher of DT, with the ability to teach throughout the school from KS3 to KS5. Applications from ECTs are welcomed as we offer a fully supported induction programme with tailored CPD including regular subject specific mentoring.
The successful candidate will be an innovative, reflective practitioner who can demonstrate the willingness to adapt and learn. We are looking for an individual with high expectations and standards who can deliver great lessons across all key stages. An additional strength would be an approach to offering a creative and engaging delivery style of the curriculum and planning both within theclassroom and also in the wider outdoor learning environment.
We have a highly successful team of DT specialist teachers who are passionate and forward thinking and have proven excellent exam successes year on year. With the reintroduction of A Level Design Technology, the ability to teach to A level would be an advantage.
