We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, creative and inspirational leader to succeed our current Headteacher.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Highly effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff and children to be the best versions of themselves they can be
• Strong commitment to serving our school population and community
• Commitment to our inclusive Christian ethos
• A caring approach with a desire to see every child progress
• Strategic thinking with a clear vision for school development
• Passion for high-quality education and championing pupil voice
• Ability to support, develop, and inspire teaching staff
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
• Commitment to their own professional development and a positive, can-do attitude
