• Minimum of three years’ teaching experience of English across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Proven experience as a high performing teacher
• Leading successful initiatives in English or across school which have raised student achievement or enriched their learning.
• Proven track record of implementing strategies and interventions to rapidly tackle underperformance in students, raising achievement and standards.
