What skills and experience we're looking for
The core purpose of this role is to provide high quality teaching and learning that meets the needs of the children in the Hallfield Primary School and that will enable the school to achieve its vision.
You will be able to demonstrate that you can engage and inspire pupils, set high expectations and have the ability and drive to raise standards.
What the school offers its staff
Hallfield Primary School is located in central London and is part of the Connected Futures Partnership Federation, which includes three other primary schools, three nursery schools, one children’s centre and one family Hub.
Joining our federation means becoming part of a forward‑thinking team where excellent teaching is recognised, supported, and nurtured. With a wide range of development pathways and leadership opportunities across our schools, we are committed to helping ambitious teachers progress and thrive in their careers.
Hallfield is a forward-thinking and inclusive community school with a thriving community made up of fantastic children, supportive parents, outstanding staff and strategic governors. We are situated in the heart of Bayswater.
Parking facilities are available on site.
Commitment to safeguarding
A professional social media check is required to reduce risks to reputation, confidentiality breach and data security. It identifies a candidate's online presence to look for negative behaviours such as bullying, racism, nudity and excessive bad language. The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020, as the work involves with children who are regarded by the Act as a vulnerable group. Applicants for any role at Hallfield must disclose all spent and unspent convictions.
