What skills and experience we're looking for
As the Specialist Resourced Provision Lead, you will:
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the RP.
• Support the school SENCO and lead staff in delivering outstanding teaching and interventions.
• Develop inclusive practice across the school and contribute to trust-wide SENDexpertise.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
• Experienced in teaching pupils with SEND and ASC.
• Skilled in leading or managing a specialist provision.
• Committed to inclusion, pupil progress, and staff development.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions focused.
