Front-End Development: Implement modular, scalable front-end architectures using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and advanced CSS/HTML to bring AI-driven concepts to life.
Explainable AI (XAI) Design: Develop intuitive UI patterns that simplify complex AI outputs into "explainable" and auditable insights for executive decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with AI/ML Engineers, Backend Developers, and Domain Experts to transform raw data ingestion layers into functional, brand-aligned web interfaces.
Global Standard Compliance: Ensure all designs meet international accessibility (WCAG), security hardening (MFA/OIDC), and GCC-market specific usability standards.
Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing for cross-browser compatibility and sub-second latency, ensuring a seamless experience for high-frequency data environments.
Innovation Leadership: Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in Generative AI UI, Predictive Analytics, and Fintech design to drive continuous innovation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree , Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (A background in Finance or Fintech is a significant plus).
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and Front-End development, preferably within the Trading, Fintech, or Enterprise Software sectors.
Design Stack: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva for high-fidelity prototyping and design system management.
Technical Stack: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with React.js or similar component-based frameworks is highly preferred.
AI/Data Fluency: Understanding of AI/ML workflows, prompt engineering interfaces, and how to visualize "Predictive Intelligence."
