Leading the Perfect Shift is the Sheps Academy Pathway Program that supports our team members to get ready for their first role leading people. Whether you are a Team Member looking to become a Team Leader or a Chef de Partie wanting to become our next Sous Chef this course looks at the skills required in managing teams.

Please note that the training dates are listed below, and you must be able to attend all dates in order to be accepted onto the course. We will be running the course throughout the year and therefore if you cannot make the below dates, you are able to apply again later this year.
