Early applications are encouraged.We’re looking for three experienced and hands-on Estates Officers to join our Trust Estates team. 1 x Babington Academy - Full time1 x Heatherbrook Primary Academy - Full time1 x Heatherbrook Primary Academy - Part timeYou’ll bring proven experience in estates, facilities or site management, a strong understanding of health and safety, and a proactive, practical approach. You’ll also demonstrate leadership, reliability and excellent problem-solving skills.
As a key member of our Estates team, you will:
Carry out and oversee maintenance and repairs across school buildings and grounds.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, COSHH and emergency procedures.
Manage site security, including opening/closing, alarms and callouts.
Supervise cleaning teams and manage contractors on site.
Support minor projects, refurbishments and improvement works.
Respond promptly to issues and maintain high standards across all academies.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll take a proactive approach to keeping our academies safe, secure and well-maintained. You’ll need strong emotional intelligence, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to thrive.Why work for us?
