This role can be offered on a full-time or part‑time basis, with flexibility for the right candidate. The successful applicant will take pride in ensuring that our school environments are safe, welcoming and well maintained—places where children can learn, thrive and feel proud of their surroundings.About the RoleAs a valued member of our site team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our buildings, grounds and furnishings are:
Safe and secure, meeting all Trust policies, legal requirements and Health & Safety regulations.
Clean and well presented, supporting a positive atmosphere for learning.
Well maintained, through regular checks, timely repairs and proactive upkeep.
Your work will directly contribute to creating a high‑quality environment that supports excellent teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils.What we are looking for:
Is passionate about creating exceptional school environments.
Has a practical, hands‑on approach with good problem‑solving skills.
Can work independently and take initiative, while also being a strong team player.
Is reliable, organised and committed to high standards.
Has experience in a caretaking, maintenance or facilities role (desirable but not essential).
