About Us

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families in Oxfordshire? If so, then we would love to hear from you!We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Family Hub Practitioners to join our evolving Family Hub offer as part of the Best Start Government Initiative, where you will play an integral role insupportingthe Family HubLeadin delivering the service across Oxfordshire and ensuring that children, young people, and families receive the rightsupportat the earliest time.


About the Role

As a Family Hub Practitioner, you will contribute to the provision of high-quality parenting support and home learning programmes, in line with current legislation and local need. Our first Family Hub will be based in Oxford with outreach, programme work and community network development delivered across Oxfordshire.


About you

You are a motivated and experienced professional with a relevant qualification at level 3 or above, and a strong track record in family support work. Your expertise includes children’s safeguarding, early help frameworks, and evidence-based parenting and home learning programmes. You excel at building relationships and have proven experience in multi-agency partnership working. Flexibility to travel across Oxfordshire, availability to deliver planned twilight/evening workshops, and a readiness to work from different locations and is essential.
