The Integration Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and assuring robust integration solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless data and process flows between core platforms (e.g., ERP, ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Oracle Integration Hub) and ensuring alignment with business, security, and operational requirements. What you'll be doing:

• Embed GDS Service Standard principles throughout the integration lifecycle, including user-centred design, accessibility, security, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical BAs, and delivery teams to capture integration requirements and translate them into detailed interface specifications and solution designs
• Oversee integration of key platforms, including Customer ERP, ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, SOC/SIEM, and Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data flows
• Facilitate and lead solution integration workshops with internal and external stakeholders to confirm requirements, design adherence, and technical feasibility
• Produce and maintain integration artefacts, including Integration Catalogues, High-Level and Detailed Solution Designs, Data Flow Diagrams, and evidence of GDS alignment
• Ensure integration solutions support real-time monitoring, alerting, and incident management (e.g., via ServiceNow and Power BI dashboards), in line with GDS requirements for operational monitoring and incident response
• Work with security teams to ensure all integrations meet protective monitoring and incident notification requirements, following GDS security and privacy standards
• Support test assurance activities, including integration testing, defect triage, and resolution, ensuring quality is built in from the discovery phase as per GDS guidance
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and support knowledge transfer to BAU teams
• Prepare for and support GDS service assessments, maintaining evidence of compliance with all relevant GDS standards and principles
Typical Deliverables
• Integration Strategy and Approach documents mapped to GDS Service Standard points.
• Integration solutions and artefacts supporting automated deployment and monitoring aligned with DevOps practices.
