The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious clients. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to help you to succeed.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

  • Provide high-quality relief support across various contracts, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regardless of the location.
  • Conduct thorough internal and external patrols to identify security breaches, safety hazards, or unauthorized personnel.
  • Execute professional "Meet and Greet" services and conduct bag searches in accordance with site-specific protocols and legal requirements.
  • Act as a primary responder to incidents, providing clear, real-time communication to the Control Room and Emergency Services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all defined policies and procedures to ensure the safety and benefit of all stakeholders.
  • Rapidly integrate into different site cultures and requirements, maintaining a seamless "one-team" approach with permanent staff.
  • Deliver "extra mile" personal service to clients and consumers, ensuring a premium professional experience.
  • Actively participate in cross-site training to master the specific requirements of various high-profile London locations.

Is this you

  • At least 18 years old
  • SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
  • 5 years checkable work and address history
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
  • Friendly, approachable, and always professional
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
  • Ideally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing role
  • Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
  • Some experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a team
  • Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner


Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, birth certificate or a valid share code.
