Crynodeb
The postholder will have dedicated time to pursue other activities. This may include quality improvement, clinical informatics, education and simulation, specialty clinics/theatre, critical care experience for professional development. The nature of this specialty work is flexible, depending on the needs of the postholder and capacity of the service. This time will be incorporated into your pattern. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with highly skilled and knowledgeable consultants with opportunities to work in a service where quality improvement and iterative change are happening in a real-time but supported way. A wide range of pathology will be seen in the day to day working in the unit, providing experiences both challenging and varied.
