Development and delivery of the Trusts energy strategy and policy Development of long-term sustainable efficiency initiatives to reduce energy consumption and reduce CO2 Development and implementation of behavioural change initiatives to improve awareness and reduce energy usage Management of energy and utility contracts including the Trusts Energy Centres and combined heat and power plant Monitor, record and approve utility contract spend for each Trust site Working with Procurement and the Capital Programme Delivery team to ensure projects and purchases give energy and utility consumption appropriate consideration Develop and implement on-going cost improvement initiatives Preparation of associated energy budgets, forecasts and compiling regular complex senior management and board level reports Please see the attached job description for full job scope and person specification
