Summary
Senior Practitioner for Baby Room
We are looking for a wonderful, caring, nurturing, dedicated Early Years Practitioner to take on the lead role within one of our baby rooms.
Do you have the patience, warmth, gentle nature that enables a baby room to tick over with harmony, giggles, and exploration?
Do you know how to provide an environment that meets high standards of safety, cleanliness and organisation?
Are you able to provide excellent communication with parents and carers to provide the reassurance that is needed when they are handing over their precious bundle?
We are looking for applicants who can engage babies in their play, develop communication and physical development through knowledge based learning activities and provide a warm, comforting environment where quality interactions and communications are a must.
Candidates must hold a valid level 3 childcare qualification and have a minimum of 2 years working with under 2's in a nursery environment. A current paediatric first aid qualification and safeguarding training are required.
All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS, employment and reference checks.
