Summary
Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the Site Operative facilitates the safe complaint processing of hazardous waste at our treatment facility in Swansea. The ideal candidate will be a team player, a good communicator and keen to progress their career in an interesting and high paced environment. There are good career progression opportunities, both within the business and within wider processing industries.
-Prior industrial work experience desirable but not essential.
-Good communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
-Team player and able to work with others.
-Well organised and process driven.
-Prepared to work outdoors.
-Salary subject to qualifications and experience.
Hours 9am-6pm, 1 saturday per month (more if requested).
