Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major and strategic planning applications from pre‑application stage to final decision.
- Prepare, negotiate, and monitor PPAs and Section 106 agreements.
- Coordinate planning activity to support regeneration, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
- Provide authoritative professional advice to senior stakeholders, applicants, and partners.
- Mentor and support junior planning staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs.
- Build collaborative working relationships across internal teams and external organisations.
- Apply up‑to‑date knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and guidance relevant to London.
