Details of the Logistics Administrator role:
• Salary: £26,500 basic + c£4,500 annual bonus (paid quarterly) = £31,000 OTE
• Pension: 10% of basic salary paid by the company
• Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, flexi start/finish times between 8am - 10am & 4pm -6pm
• Hybrid working: Up to 2 days per week after 6-month probation
What will you be doing as the Logistics Administrator?
• Planning and arranging deliveries to UK and Europe
• Booking transport with hauliers
• Managing import and export paperwork (training provided)
• Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to ensure deliveries are on time
• Supporting with stock checks on occasion throughout the year
• Admin tasks such as checking proof of deliveries, invoices, and cost coding
Skills/Experience required for the Logistics Administrator role:
• Minimum 2 years admin experience
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
