Quarriers Riverview Short Breaks is recruiting two part‑time Support Workers to join our friendly team. If you’re someone who cares deeply about helping people live full, meaningful and joyful lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Nestled in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of Quarriers Village in Bridge of Weir, Riverview offers a warm, uplifting and supportive environment where every shift gives you the opportunity to make a real difference.
The service is known for its calm, welcoming and person-centred atmosphere.
As a Support Worker, you’ll help create experiences that are safe, enjoyable and meaningful for the people who use our service, while working with a skilled, committed and supportive staff team who provide personalised support tailored to each person who stays with us.
Working pattern: We are offering two part‑time, permanent contracts of 20 hours per week. Sleepover shifts are available (typically one per week) but not essential - offering additional earning potential if you choose to take these on. You’ll need to be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Early shifts: 7am – 2:30pm
- Late shifts: 2pm – 9:30pm
- Weekend working on a rota basis
