Team MemberSalary (Grade 1) - £13.08 per hourCasual Worker Assignments from March - 31st July 2026Casual worker assignments are available to support our business to cover busy periods, primarily on weekends and school holidays. In addition to covering staff leave.Our site operates 7 days a week, some weekend work will be required (no evening work), and shifts can be 4 hours or 7.5 hours in one day. You’ll be part of a friendly, high performing team, welcoming and engaging visitors in a unique and inspiring heritage setting.Alongside providing warm, confident and engaging customer service, you’ll have a clear sales focus with weekly conversion targets, whether you’re promoting Gift Aid and guidebook sales at our ticketing desk, making great coffees in one of our catering outlets, or helping visitors find the perfect souvenir in our gift shops. These targets are an important part of the role and are approached in a supportive, positive way, helping to enhance the visitor journey while maximising income.
