What you’ll do

Carry out clear, accurate inspections and valuations that drive smart investment and disposal decisions.

Complete strong option appraisals so leaders can choose the best future for each asset.

Support property sales, keeping documents, stakeholders and processes organised and moving on time.

Manage landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, arrears, and everyday commercial portfolio issues.

Use data and records to explain options, evidence decisions, and share insight with colleagues.

You have
-
Relevant real estate degree or equivalent experience in property.

Experience in residential and or commercial property work in a similar setting.

Knowledge in acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant or property management.

An understanding of property law, valuation methods, leases, and basic construction.

Strong research, analysis and communication skills to present data and reports.

The practical bits

You’ll work Monday to Friday.

We work between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm.

We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Strawberry Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.

You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
