We now have an opportunity for a Reward Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to drive the Reward agenda, including contributing towards the design and delivery of the reward, job evaluation and global mobility strategy.
The role needs to achieve an effective balance between leading on the strategic and project-related dimensions of the role whilst at the same time ensuring close oversight of the delivery of a number of key operational activities through the Reward team, including, all core annual reward cycles (e.g. pay review, bonus scheme roll out, bonus payments, incentive plans, benefit renewals), implementation of reward policies and effective management of the job evaluation processes.
Responsible for leading the process improvements within Reward, constantly looking for opportunities to make improvements and deliver a more efficient, simple and effective service to the business.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of the reward strategy
- Contributing to the development of the benefits strategy through management and review of annual enrolments and all communication processes
- Providing technical expertise for the delivery of all reward activities to support the wider HR team and managers with effective decision making
- Bringing external insights on reward, using benchmarking and analytics
- Developing and maintaining a relationship of trust and respect with key stakeholders in order to share best practice, influence and challenge decisions relating to reward and benefits
- Providing expert advice on compensation and market pricing
- Management and development of the Reward team
- Overseeing the management of the Global Mobility policy and application to ensure experience of assignees is to the expected standard.
- Management of the supplier relationships with relocation specialists
- Managing third party relationships and conduct reviews of services as necessary

- Proven background within a senior Reward role with the ability to deliver total reward frameworks, employee benefits, job sizing, market pricing and benchmarking
- Demonstrated experience of leading and implementing key reward projects
- Understanding of diverse types of incentives and benefits and market differences
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience of working with third party vendors
- Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
