Registered Manager – Brand New Learning Disabilities Service
Liverpool | £40,000 | Full time.
Are you ready to lead something truly special?
Gracefield Health Care Limited is opening a brand new residential home in Liverpool for adults with learning disabilities and associated mental health needs — and we’re looking for a passionate, driven, and values led Registered Manager to bring this service to life.
If you’re the kind of leader who believes every person deserves to live with dignity, independence, and joy, this could be the opportunity that defines your career.
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t just another management job. You’ll be shaping a home from the ground up — building a culture, developing a team, and creating a safe, warm, empowering environment for up to six adults.
You’ll work closely with our Compliance Manager to ensure the home is not only compliant, but exceptional.
What You’ll Lead
• The day to day running of a brand new service
• A dedicated staff team who look to you for guidance, inspiration, and support
• High quality, person centred care that meets CQC standards
• A culture built on dignity, respect, compassion, and independence
• Strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
What You Bring. We’re looking for a leader who is:
• Compassionate, confident, and committed to outstanding care
• Experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
• Skilled in motivating teams and driving high standards
• Able to manage change, solve problems, and lead with authenticity
• Qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• A strong communicator who can build trust and resolve conflict
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement
An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
What You’ll Gain
• The chance to shape a brand new service from day one
• A supportive leadership team who value your ideas and expertise
• A role where your impact is visible, meaningful, and deeply rewarding
• Competitive salary and long term career development
✨ Ready to Build Something Amazing?
If you’re excited by the idea of leading a new service and creating a home where people can truly thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us make Gracefield Health Care a place where people feel safe, valued, and empowered.
