Great Hours – Weekly Pay!
We are looking for a reliable Transport Planner/Administrator to work with our client. You will help coordinate drivers, monitor deliveries, and ensure the smooth running of daily transport operations.
Pay: £13.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours: Monday – Friday, approx. 06:00 – 14:30
All rates are PAYE, holiday pay is accrued separately.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with drivers and depot staff to ensure deliveries run on time.
• Track deliveries using transport systems and report issues when needed.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicles, drivers, and trailers are available.
• Maintain strong customer service while supporting operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in transport administration, planning, or coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Self-motivated with good organisational skills.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
