Crynodeb
Provide safe and effective trauma and elective orthopaedic care across the Trust. Participate in ward rounds, inpatient management, trauma assessment in ED, and trauma/elective operating lists and clinics at Frimley Park, Heatherwood and peripheral sites. Support and supervise junior doctors, working collaboratively with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team. Recognise own limitations and escalate concerns appropriately. Contribute to teaching, audit, quality improvement and wider clinical governance activities. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to Trust policies and GMC Good Medical Practice.
