We are looking for an organised, team player to join our team in Bury as a part time administrator. The main purpose of the post is to provide efficient and responsive administration support for our Bury Support services. A high standard of customer care and professionalism is required at all times.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who shows proficiency in the following areas:
• Filing, Scanning / archiving documents.
• Timesheets (collating timesheets / submissions / chasing)
• Proficiency in using Excel is essential
• Generating Analysis from data provided
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Answer and transferring calls professionally
• General office duties as and when required
• Visiting the Bury services (full, clean driving licence preferable but not required)

This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week which can be worked flexibly over a period of 3 days.
