Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career , specialising in labour recruitment and candidate management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process through lead generation, managing applicant tracking systems, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management and other sourcing channels.
Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate data.
Support the recruitment process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Assist with relationship management by engaging with candidates via email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide administrative support during the onboarding process.
Maintain organised records of all recruitment activities
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media management to attract top talent.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to human resources functions as required.
Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience in lead generation and relationship management within a recruitment or sales environment is advantageous.
Basic understanding of social media management for talent acquisition purposes.
Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Prior experience in human resources or recruitment support roles is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers a valuable pathway into human resources, providing hands-on experience in recruitment processes and relationship management within a supportive team environment.
