Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Personal Assistant/Carer to provide high-quality support us at home with the needs and daily living activities of our children, who have disabilities.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and independence of clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity are maintained at all times. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalised care and assistance.
Duties
Provide companionship and emotional support to minimise feelings of loneliness or isolation.
Engage them safely their various activities and exercise
Support with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience is not essential but a willingness to learn is.
Good command of English and Urdu/Punjabi/Hindi.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills and compassionate nature
If successful an Enhanced DBS check is required - which will be done by us. Also references will be needed.
