We’re looking for an experienced Principal Surveyor to join our dynamic Property Portfolio and Advisory team, supporting the Secretary of State’s non‑operational property interests. You’ll manage a small but high‑profile asset portfolio, provide expert estate and strategic property advice across major transport and infrastructure projects, and work closely with stakeholders nationwide. The role includes line management of one surveyor and opportunities to lead others through project‑based work.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Property Management
