Your new role
As Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate and compliant monthly payrolls across the UK and several international regions. Acting as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits enquiries, you will support employee lifecycle activities including starters, leavers, promotions and internal changes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong UK payroll experience, with any exposure to international payrolls being a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of tax codes, NI, student loans and other statutory deductions
- Experience in administering benefits including medical, risk, pensions and wellbeing programmes
- Confident Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic data analysis
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and strong numeracy
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently
- Experience with platforms such as Staffology or SAP (desirable)
- A payroll qualification or working towards one (advantageous)
