Role:
- Managing sales performance and achieving revenue targets for structural materials.
- Reading and interpreting CAD drawings to understand project specifications.
- Liaising directly with Architects, Structural Engineers and Contractors to provide technical advice and ensure materials meet project requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers and key accounts.
- Monitoring stock levels, coordinating orders and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
- Leading and supporting the sales team, providing training on product knowledge, technical specifications and health and safety procedures.
- Reporting on sales performance, market trends and operational efficiency to senior management.

* Experience in structural building materials sales or supply.
* Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications.
* Proven experience liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers and Contractors.
* Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management and customer service in a high-volume environment.
* Leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Relevant technical of sales qualifications in construction, building materials or business management.
