What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and Ofsted inspection frameworks
- Proven ability to manage nursery staff and daily operations
- Confidence in maintaining compliance, documentation, and regulatory standards
- Experience leading successful Ofsted inspections
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and safe operations
- Maintain compliance with EYFS, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted frameworks
- Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections, ensuring documentation and standards are inspection-ready
- Lead and support nursery staff, including supervision, development, and performance management
- Oversee curriculum delivery, ensuring activities support early years development
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding progress, concerns, and nursery updates
