Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST6+)/Senior in Neurosurgery (Neurotrauma) at Addenbrooke's Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
We have the following posts available:
• ASAP start until 04 August 2026
• 05 August 2026 until 03 August 2027
These are busy neurosurgical posts that offers the chance to gain experience in an outstanding neurosurgical department with the full spectrum of neurotrauma management, both cranial and spinal. The duties of these posts include experience in the management of pre and post-op neurotrauma patients in theatre, in neuro-intensive care, in the ward and in out-patients.
Please note that these posts donotcarry Postgraduate Dean’s approval or training recognition.
Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of commencement is required.
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
