Make a Difference: Your work keeps people and property safe, every day.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesTo be responsible and accountable for the operational service delivery in your region, meeting PPM compliance targets and ensuring adherence to corrective SLA's of customer and the NSI Responsible for Regional P&L and profitability in accordance with agreed target parameters Build & Develop Teams: Recruit, coach, and develop engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Innovate & Problem-Solve: Analyse performance data, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to improve first-time fix rates, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction.Be the Customer Advocate: Act as the escalation point for customer needs, ensuring swift resolution and proactive communication. Champion Safety & Sustainability: Lead on health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring our teams work safely and responsibly. Collaborate & Communicate: Chair regular team meetings, share insights, and ensure everyone is aligned with our mission and values. What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing service teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (fire & security or related sectors preferred) Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results. Inspirational leadership style—energy, drive, and a passion for developing people, you will need this in abundance. Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
