At Blue Sky Tipis, we create stunning outdoor spaces for weddings, parties and events across London and the surrounding countryside using our beautiful Nordic giant tipis.
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking crew member to join our Tipi installation team for the 2026 season.
This is a hands-on, physical role working outdoors where you’ll help deliver and build our tipis at amazing venues. One day you might be setting up a wedding in a countryside field, the next preparing equipment in our yard, or pitching tipis in Canary Wharf.
No tipi experience is required — full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing
• Driving our Luton van or pickup truck & trailer to venues
• Installing and dismantling giant tipis and event structures
• Working as part of a small, friendly crew
• Heavy lifting and physical outdoor work
• Maintaining and checking equipment
• Supporting yard organisation and logistics

What we’re looking for
• Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Full UK driving licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable and hardworking
• Practical and good with hands-on tasks
• Able to work well in a team
• Professional and friendly on client sites
• Able to think on your feet and solve problems
