We are seeking a front of house team member to join us at The Harrow Lodge Hotel. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Successful Candidates will be required to fulfil duties across reception, bar and restaurant.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Check in guests on arrival and check out on departure
- Serving food & drink
- Taking room reservations
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience
- Assist in basic food preparation and plating when required
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle payments and operate the cash register with precision
- Adhere to food safety standards and restaurant policies
Requirements:
Similar previous is preferred. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
