Hospitality Assistant
Weekdays | 40 hours per week | £15.33 per hour

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join a high-end corporate hospitality team in a prestigious office environment in St James’s, London. This role is Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance within a professional and friendly workplace.

The office has been designed to feel less like a traditional workplace and more like a welcoming home environment, where colleagues, clients, and visitors are treated as valued guests. Hospitality plays a central role in creating this atmosphere, with service delivered in a style inspired by a private members’ club — combining professionalism with warmth, familiarity, and discretion.

Many guests visit regularly, and the hospitality team takes pride in building genuine relationships while delivering a consistently high level of service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality hospitality service for meetings, events, and internal functions

  • Support meeting room setups and ensure spaces are presented to the highest standards

  • Provide food and beverage service in a professional and friendly manner

  • Assist with staff dining and hospitality service throughout the day

  • Work closely with the wider hospitality and front-of-house teams

  • Maintain excellent presentation and service standards at all times

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in hospitality, corporate catering, or high-end service environments

  • A professional, friendly, and approachable manner

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service

  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues

  • Reliability and strong communication skills

This is a great opportunity to join a hospitality team that values quality service, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

We ensure you\\'re rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Grow your career with our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes

  • Save money on your food shop with discounts on Tesco, Sainsbury\\'s, Morrisons and many more
  • Up to 44% off cinema tickets to enjoy your favourite blockbuster
  • Receive cash rewards every time you spend and use them on a wide range of brands
  • Un-wind with us with free wellness, mindfulness and exercise classes
  • You can share all discounts and offers with your friends and families
