We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-performing hospitality kitchen delivering everything from refined working lunches to large-scale banquets and fine dining.
This is a great opportunity for a CDP who thrives in a varied environment and enjoys working with quality food, structured hours, and a strong brigade.
What you’ll be doing:
Running your own section confidently and consistently
Supporting service across a range of offers including fine dining, buffets, banqueting and working lunches
Working closely with senior chefs to maintain high standards and smooth service
Being flexible and hands-on in a fast-paced but well-organised kitchen
Continuing to learn and develop your skills in a professional hospitality setting
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Strong section management and service awareness
Ability to adapt quickly between different styles of service
Background in high-end or fine dining kitchens (Michelin experience highly desirable)
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
What’s on offer:
