Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 17:00 – 21:30 (approx. 22.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are a growing city centre food business transitioning from a mobile kitchen to an exciting new evening delivery and catering service. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working "all-rounder" to join our small team. This isn’t just a counter job; you will be an essential part of the kitchen and the face of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Support: Assisting with food prep, assembly of orders, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
Customer Service: Handling walk-in customers and managing delivery tablet orders (Just Eat/Uber Eats) with a friendly, professional attitude.
Multi-tasking: Switching between the kitchen and front-of-house during busy "rush" periods.
Closing Down: Assisting with the nightly clean-down to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Basic cooking knowledge and kitchen experience are essential.
Communication: Excellent English and a confident phone manner.
Attitude: Someone who takes pride in their work and can stay calm under pressure.
Reliability: Since we are a small team, showing up on time every shift is non-negotiable.
