Commercial Finance Manager FTC - up to £60k

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a high-impact role, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to drive performance, profitability and informed decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Ideally you will be available immediately.

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will own financial performance analysis at both site and estate level, translating data into clear actions that improve revenue and margin. You will work closely with operational leaders, helping them understand performance drivers and supporting informed commercial decisions. The role has one direct report and a key focus will be on developing and allowing them to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner to Operations and Central Support teams, supporting commercial decision making.
  • Lead weekly and monthly trading reviews analysing sales and margin performance across sites.
  • Identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
  • Support longer-term planning and scenario modelling including new site openings, refurbishments and menu initiatives.
  • Provide financial insight on menu performance, pricing, promotions and initiatives.
  • Develop and improve reporting packs, dashboards and KPIs to support effective decision making
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across the business and confidently challenge where needed

About You

  • Qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial finance or finance business partnering experience.
  • Ideally experience within hospitality, retail or another multi-site consumer business.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and recommendations.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

This is a hybrid role working from our offices in Kensington, London
