Job Purpose
Rest Assured Enterprise is seeking a Commission-Based Freelance Administrator to support administrative operations and assist in generating administrative service opportunities. The freelancer will help manage documentation, coordinate training bookings, maintain records, and assist in securing administrative service clients. Payment will be based on a commission structure linked to successful service bookings or administrative contracts secured.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for training programmes and business operations.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating Health and Social Care training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records, client databases, and documentation.
• Support communication with clients, care organisations, and training participants.
• Prepare administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Identify potential clients or organisations that may require administrative support services.
• Promote Rest Assured Enterprise administrative and training services to potential clients.
• Ensure all records comply with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Commission Structure
• This role is commission-based only.
• Commission will be paid for each administrative contract, service agreement, or training booking secured.
• Payment will be processed once the client payment has been received by Rest Assured Enterprise.
• Commission percentage will be agreed between the freelancer and the organisation.

• Experience in administration, office support, or business coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar administrative software.
