We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, a franchise-approved Commercial Vehicle Dealership, based in the Eardisley/Herefordshire area.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect an hourly salary of £20 per hour, rising to £24 per hour with additional qualifications.
Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.
Benefits:
- Starting salary up to £20 per hour (negotiable pending experience and current earnings).
- Salary can rising to £24 per hour once fully skilled and completed additional training courses.
- Optional overitme paid at standard rate.

- 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

- Alternating early/lates shift rota Monday to Friday. Week 1 is 6:00am-2:00pm and Week 2 is 2:00am-10:00pm.
Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements:
- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, but strong time-served Technicians considered.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
