HGV Class 1 Drivers Needed | Monday–Friday | Up to £19.96 per Hour | No Handball
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to work with a well-established logistics company.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for reliable weekday work, competitive pay, and minimal manual handling.
Job Details:
Straightforward linehaul work
Transporting chilled food products
Depot-to-depot deliveries
Very little handball involved
Operating modern Class 1 vehicles
What’s On Offer:
Monday to Friday work
Rates up to £19.96 per hour
Ongoing, consistent work
Well-maintained vehicles
Simple routes and organised schedules
This role is ideal for professional Class 1 drivers looking for stable work with a reputable logistics operation.
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience (flexible depending on client)
- Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and working time regulations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to achieve a full time role
Varied start times ranging from 14:00 to 20:00
You will be paid £18.75 (Days), £19.96 (Nights) per hour using our Umbrella payment scheme
Days - £15.50 (PAYE)
Nights - £17.50 (PAYE)
Overtime is paid at £22.00 on Saturdays and £25.00 for Sundays + 28 Holiday pro Rata
No Max 20 Visas or Sponsorship
