HEADTEACHER

Our vision is to inspire all children to flourish by sharing the individual light during a life of fullness within God’s love of all.
Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational new Headteacher who will have the vision to continue developing all aspects of the school, ensuring that the school remains inclusive and supportive of the whole school community.
The successful candidate will:
• Be committed to high standards and expectations ensuring positive outcomes for all our children;
• Show versatility and reflective practice in our small school environment;
• Be an inspirational leader and team player who values everyone’s contributions;
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain and develop the current positive Christian ethos of the school;
• Be able to develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with pupils, staff, parents, Governors and the wider community;
• Be caring and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Have experience in developing a broad and enriching curriculum and environment for learning;
• Demonstrate strategic leadership, management skills and a deep knowledge of effective teaching and learning.
