• A good sense of humour and a genuine interest in helping children grow and succeed
What the school offers its staff
About us:
Winton Primary School is a vibrant, welcoming community where children are inspired, motivated and challenged to become confident, caring and respectful learners. We believe all children can thrive, and we work closely with them to develop a strong sense of self‑confidence, resilience and independence.
Why join us:
• The chance to make a huge difference in the lives of young people, one small victory at a time.
• It’s a job with heart – We’re not just about education, we’re about building confidence, spreading joy, and creating meaningful connections that will stay with you for life.
• We’re an amazing team who are all in it together and we’ve got your back during the good, the bad, and the “Did that really just happen?” moments.
• Comprehensive support, induction and training package; as well as professional development opportunities because we’re all about helping you grow, both as a person and in your ability to juggle six things at once!
No experience – no problem! We’ll provide all the training you need.
If you’re looking for a place where your passion can help shape confident, curious young learners, we’d be excited to hear from you.
