What skills and experience we're looking for
TEACHER OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Required September 2026
The computer science department has 4 dedicated rooms with 20 – 30 computers. The department currently offers OCR Computer Science at KS4 and KS5, as well as OCR Cambridge Advanced Nationals at KS5. Experience of teaching these specifications is desirable as well as any teacher with an in depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, SQL, JAVA etc
We are looking for someone who believes in building strong relationships with students and is willing to go the extra mile to support them in being successful both in and outside of school. You would be expected to develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences to all students across all key stages. The post is suitable for an experienced practitioner or an ECT teacher.
