This post offers the opportunity for the right person to develop their own practice and leadership through regular 1:1
interactive development meetings with their line manager focusing on personal reflection, coaching and problem-solving.
This is what we are looking for:
o an exceptional teacher with a passion for the job and the ability to inspire
o someone who enjoys working alongside and developing/leading other people
o a team player
o someone keen to improve their own practice and who enjoys autonomy
o a positive attitude and a sense of humour
