What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a full- or part-time, committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Art and Design to join a dedicated and well-resourced department with strong results at all levels. Successful candidates will be required to teach Art in KS3 and KS4. The ability to teach Photography in KS4/5 and Art in KS5 would also be desirable. This role is suitable for an ECT.

The Piggott School Art Department:
• red ALPS (3) for GCSE Art – 2025
• achieved (86%) grade 5+ in GCSE Art – 2025 (56% grade 7-9)
• achieved (84%) grade 5+ in GCSE Photography – 2025
• red ALPS (2) for A Level Art – 2025
• achieved (100%) A*-C in A Level Art – 2025 (75% grade A*/A)
• achieved (83%) A*-C in A Level Photography – 2025
