BaxtStorey are looking for a inspiring and people focused General Manager to lead the team at Sky Uk's Osterley Campus
As a General Manager for BaxterStorey you will need to be a motivated leader who has a proven track record of delivering a seamless, well executed and smooth operation. The role requires a hands on leader with a strong background in event management, hospitality and catering.
The campus at Osterley is quite unlike any location we manage within BaxterStorey, the campus currently is home to 10,000 Sky employees and houses 180 BaxterStorey staff so is amongst the largest we have in the campus. This location is home to Sky News, Sky Sports and Sky UK Technology.

Job Description
The role combines a executing a high level of service whilst overseeing a variety of catering operations, a street food concept, outside events, and coffee bars.
You are responsible for leading, managing, developing and implementing growth strategies. Responsibilities also include different tasks such as contributing to marketing strategies, recruiting, training, overseeing food quality as well as presence within service and events.

- Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage the guests’ expectations.
- To have a great front of house presence, be a leader and inspire your team.
- Work closely with your team to uphold the companies legacy and brand.
- Fully understands and articulates the financial targets.
- Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability.
- Effectively manage cost controls and ensure budgets are carefully adhered to.
- Identifies business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external individuals and groups.
